1. Order Your Grillz

Browse our site to find your favorite pair of moissanite grillz, add them to the cart, then proceed to checkout to pay. 

2. Mold Kit Shipped

After purchasing your grillz, we'll ship your free grillz mold kit out within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, we'll text or email you the tracking number. You'll receive your kit in the mail in 4–7 business days via USPS.

3. Complete Mold Kit

Make clean impressions of your teeth with your kit using the grillz mold kit instructions, then text us clear pictures of them with good lighting for feedback. 

Once we verify that your molds are good, repackage them and stick the white pre-paid label on the front of the package. Next, drop them off at your local USPS so they can be mailed back to us in 4–7 business days.

4. We Make Your Grillz

Once we receive your molds, we'll begin making your grillz and they'll be completed in 10–14 business days. 

5. Quality Check

Before shipping them to you, we'll text you clear pictures or videos of your grillz for feedback.

6. Grillz Shipped

After your approval, we'll ship your grillz via UPS, and you will receive them in the mail within 3–5 business days. 

7. Grillz Fitting

Once you receive your grillz, try them on to see how they feel/fit. If they need to be adjusted, please contact us, and we'll assist you.

Free Return Shipping for Teeth Molds:

After you make your teeth molds, put the molds back in the mailing envelope that your kit came in.
Next take out the pre-paid shipping label and stick it over the old shipping label then tape the package closed before you drop it off at your USPS location.

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our orders, returns or exchanges are not a viable option; all purchases are deemed final.

Refunds

Given the custom fabrication of our products: 

We will only provide a full refund:

1. Before we've started the production of your grillz.

We will not provide a full refund if:

1. Your grillz is in the process of being made or has already been completed.

2.Your grillz doesn't fit right from using our/your mold kit or a physical/digital mold from your dentist or orthodontist.

3. You decide you no longer want the grillz after you've received them.

4. We have a promotion or a competitor has the same grillz for a lower price.

5.You gave us permission to make your grillz after we explained to you they might not fit right because your teeth are small, crooked, missing etc.

6. There is any attempt of fraudulent activity. 

7. You damage your teeth while attempting to try on or adjust the grillz. 

8. Your grillz become lost, stolen, damaged etc. 

9. You purchased a mold kit and no longer want/need it.

10. There is any complaint or form of buyers remorse.
